This has a
powerful story line. I was so pleased to see how the author handled such a
difficult topic. I have no reservations allowing my tween daughter to read this
book about date rape. The author uses one sentence to allow the reader to know
about the date rape and that was enough. You will find this sentence in the
prologue. Other topics covered include pregnancy, marriage of convenience, and
a loving supportive family.
