The Wedding Dress by Rachel Hauck

1912 a wedding gown was created…one like no other. As this story unfolds we learn how the gown was fashioned. There are four brides that wear this gown. The story is guided along by Emily who wears the gown first and Charlotte who finds the gown 100 years later and ultimately wears the gown last.

In the back of this book you will find a note from the author. Rachel Hauck shares with us how “the wedding dress is a symbol for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It never wears out. It fits everyone who tries it on. It doesn’t need to be altered. And it’s always in style.”I enjoyed seeing this come through in the midst of the story.

I am happy to give this book a four star rating.
